Prevention of difficulties or anomalies
of Judicial Appointments Commission Act 2009
The Prime Minister may, whenever it appears to him necessary or expedient to do so, whether for the purpose of removing difficulties or preventing anomalies in consequence of the enactment of this Act, by order published in the Gazette make such modifications to any provisions of this Act as he thinks fit.

(2)
The Prime Minister shall not exercise the powers conferred by this section after the expiration of two years from the date of coming into operation of this Act.
(3)
In this section, “modifications” includes amendments, additions, deletions, substitutions, adaptations, variations, alteration and non-application of any provisions of this Act.
