Section 10

Subsection 38(1) of the principal Act is amended in the national language text–

of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (Amendment) Act 2018

(a)

by substituting for the words “harta alih” the words “harta tak alih”; and

(b)

by substituting for the words “harta itu” the words “harta tak alih itu”.
