Appointment of employees of the Commission

Section 22
(1)
The Commission may, from time to time, appoint and employ such number of employees as it thinks necessary and upon such terms as it considers appropriate for carrying out the purposes of the competition laws.
(2)
The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, determine the conditions of service of its employees.
