Section 9C
(1)
The original copies of the documents specified or approved by the Registrar to be electronically lodged or filed with the
Authority by the Labuan trust company shall, at all times, be kept at the office of the trust company.
(2)
A trust company that fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence under this Act.
Penalty: Ten thousand ringgit. Default penalty.
