s 18Amendment of section 38

Section 38 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in the shoulder note, by inserting after the words “informed of the” the words “suspension or”; and

(b)

by substituting for the words “the fact of the revocation”

the words “the fact of the suspension or revocation”.
