s 8Amendment of section 10

Paragraph 10(2)(a) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by substituting for subparagraph (ii) the following subparagraph:

“(ii) any licensed bank or licensed investment bank under the Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 758];”;

(b)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of subparagraph (ii);

and

(c)

by inserting after subparagraph (ii) the following subparagraphs:

“(iia) any licensed Islamic bank under the Islamic

Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 759];

(iib) any prescribed institution under the Development

Financial Institutions Act 2002 [Act 618]; or”.
