s 11Amendment of section 16

Section 16 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “The Board of the Corporation” the words “The Board of Directors”; and

(b)

in subsection (2)—

(i)

in paragraph (c), by substituting for the words

“Director General of the National Vocational

Training Council” the words “Director General of Skills Development”; and

(ii)

by inserting after paragraph (e) the following paragraphs:

“(ea) a representative from the Ministry of

Human Resources;

(eb)

a representative from the Ministry of

Economy;”.
