s 39Amendment of section 76

Section 76 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in paragraph (a)—

(i)

by inserting after the words “financial statement,”

the words “computerized data,”; and

(ii)

by substituting for the words “by the inspector under section 68” the words “by the authorized officer under Part Xa or Part Xb”; and

(b)

by substituting for paragraph (b) the following paragraph:

“(b) who obstructs or hinders an authorized officer from performing functions of inspection, enforcement or investigation under this Act,”.
