s 40New section 88a

The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 88

the following section:

“Conduct of civil proceedings 88a. Notwithstanding the provisions of any written law, in any civil proceedings by or against the Corporation—

(a)

any officer of the Corporation authorized in that behalf by the Chairman; or

(b)

any advocate and solicitor appointed by the Corporation, may on behalf of the Corporation, institute, appear in and conduct such proceedings and may make and do all appearances, acts and applications in respect of such proceedings.”.
