s 20Substitution of section 44

The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 44

the following section:

s 44“Approved skills training programme

The Corporation may identify and approve any skills training programme or other training programme accredited or recognized under the National Skills Development Act 2006

as an approved skills training programme for the purposes of a skills training loan or skills training financial assistance facility under this Act.”
