The text as we hold it

Subsection 37(1) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by deleting paragraph (a);

(b)

by substituting for paragraph (b) the following paragraph:

“(b) the skills training provider no longer conducts any approved skills training programme;”; and

(c)

in paragraph (c), by substituting for the words

“section 34” the words “section 39”.
