Section 3
(1)
The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of any other written law relating to the registration of professionals.

(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the provisions of this Act shall not apply to professionals registered under any other written law in force at the time of coming into operation of this Act relating to the registration of professionals.
