Section 3

of THE VISITOR IN THE FEDERATION OF MALAYA OF THE CHRISTIAN BROTHERS' SCHOOLS (INCORPORATION) ACT 1954 (REVISED - 2019)

Section 3

(1)

The holder of the office of The Visitor in the Federation of

Malaya of the Christian Brothers’ Schools shall be a body corporate by the name of “The Visitor in the Federation of Malaya of the

Christian Brothers’ Schools” and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal.
