Section 126
Prevention of anomalies
(1)
The Minister may, by order, make such modifications in the provisions of this Act as may appear to him to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing any difficulty occasioned by the coming into force of this Act.
(2)
The Minister shall not exercise the powers conferred by this section after the expiration of two years from the date of coming into operation of this Act.
(3)
In this section, “modifications” includes amendments, additions, deletions, substitutions, adaptations, variations, alterations and non-application of any provision of this Act.
