Section 27
A will executed outside Malaysia in the manner required by—

(a)
this Act;
(b)
the law of the place where it was executed;
(c)
the law of the testator’s domicile at the time of its execution;
or
(d)
the law of the testator’s domicile at the time of his death, shall be deemed to be will executed for the purpose of being admitted to probate in Malaysia, provided that such will is in writing or is a privileged will made under section 26.
