Payments made under financial arrangement

Section 2
(1)
The Federation shall pay to the State of Selangor all
6 Laws of Malaysia ACT 266
payments due to be made pursuant to the financial arrangement agreed to between the Federation and the State of Selangor in respect of the establishment of the Federal Territory.
(2)
Any payment made by the Federation to the State of Selangor relating to the establishment of the Federal Territory before the date of the coming into force of this Act shall be deemed to have been lawfully appropriated and made under this Act.
