Section 12
(1)
The accounts of the Foundation shall be audited by an approved firm of Certified Public Accountants appointed by the
Board with the written approval of the Minister.
(2)
Not later than the 31st May of each year the Board shall submit to the Minister an audited account of the revenues and expenditure of the Foundation for the previous year together with a statement of assets and liabilities thereof.
