(a)
in subsection (2)一
(i)
by substituting for the words "if so directed by the Minister shall present to him" the words "shall furnish to the Minister"; and
(ii)
by substituting for the word "prescribe" the word "direct"; and
(b)
by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:
"（3）The reports and information referred to in subsection (2) shall be in such form as the Minister may specify.".
