Preamble

An Act to apply a sum from the Consolidated Fund for the service of the year 2012 and to appropriate that sum for the service of that year. [ ] ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows: Short title

Section 1

This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 2012.

Section 2

Issue and appropriation for the service of the year 2012

The issue of a sum not exceeding one hundred and forty-six billion two hundred and ninety-five million one hundred and thirteen thousand and eight hundred ringgit (RM146,295,113,800)

from the Consolidated Fund for the service of the year 2012

is hereby authorised and that sum is appropriated for purposes specified in the Schedule.
