This Act may be cited as the Hire-Purchase (Amendment)
Act 2019.
(2)
This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.

- An Act to amend the Hire-Purchase Act 1967. [ ] ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows: Short title and commencement
Section 2
Amendment of section 4g
The Hire-Purchase Act 1967 [Act 212] is amended in section 4g by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:
“(1a) The inspection report referred to in subsection (1) shall be subject to the payment of the prescribed fee.”.
