Preamble
- An Act to apply a sum from the Consolidated Fund for the service of the year 2023 and to appropriate that sum and such other sums as have been authorized as expenditure for the service of part of that year. [ ] ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows: Short title
Section 2
Issue and appropriation for the service of the year 2023
(1)
The issue of a sum not exceeding ninety-eight billion and twenty-eight million six hundred and seventy-six thousand six hundred and fifty ringgit (RM98,028,676,650) from the
Consolidated Fund for the service of the year 2023 is hereby authorized.
(2)
The sum authorized to be issued by this Act and the sum of one hundred and seven billion seven hundred and eighteen million six hundred and seventy-six thousand six hundred and fifty ringgit
(RM107,718,676,650), being the amount of expenditure authorized by section 2 of the Consolidated Fund (Expenditure on Account)
Act 2022 [Act A1678], amounting in the aggregate to two hundred and five billion seven hundred and forty-seven million three hundred and fifty-three thousand three hundred ringgit
(RM205,747,353,300) are hereby appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of coming into operation of the Consolidated Fund (Expenditure on Account) Act 2022 for the purposes specified in the Schedule.
