AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 7 of the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Enactment, 1979, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri hereby amends the Schedule thereto by adding –

immediately before “The State Flag of the State of Sabah” appearing in Part II thereof the figure “1” and then immediately after item 1 thereof the following:-
“2. The old State Flag of the State of Sabah.”
