In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-Interpreta

Section 2
"Agency"
means the
Anti-Corruption Agency established by this Act;
officer of the Agency" means the Director-General of the Agency appointed under section 3 (2) and any officer appointed under section 4;
"prescribed law" means any written law prescribed by the Minister by order published in the Gazette with respect to which the provisions of this Act shall1
apply.
