s 69Amendment of section 81

Subsection 81(1) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by deleting the word “Offshore”; and

(b)

by substituting for the words “an offshore financial institution” the words “a financial institution registered under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities

Act 2010 or the Labuan Islamic Financial Services and

Securities Act 2010”.
