All references to the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism
Financing Act 2001 in any written law or document shall, when this Act comes into operation, be construed as references to the
Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
