ARAHAN BANCI DAN PELANTIKAN PESURUHJAYA BANCI
Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Banci 1960 [Akta 16],
Yang di-Pertuan Agong mengarahkan supaya suatu banci mengenai pertanian dibuat di seluruh Malaysia antara 7 Julai 2024 hingga 10 Oktober 2024.
Pelantikan Pesuruhjaya Banci 2.
Bagi maksud menyelia pembancian itu, Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik
Dato’ Sri
Dr. Mohd Uzir Mahidin, Ketua Perangkawan
Malaysia, menjadi
Pesuruhjaya Banci berkuat kuasa mulai 1 November 2023.

CENSUS ACT 1960
CENSUS DIRECTION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER OF CENSUS
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Census Act 1960 [Act 16], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong directs that a census of agriculture be taken throughout
Malaysia between 7 July 2024 to 10 October 2024.
Appointment of Commissioner of Census 2.
For the purpose of supervising the taking of the census, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints Dato’ Sri Dr. Mohd Uzir Mahidin, the Chief Statistician of Malaysia, to be the Commissioner of Census with effect from 1 November 2023.
