Section 13
(1)
The Registrar shall upon receipt of the prescribed fee issue to any person, sole proprietorship, partnership or body corporate whose application for registration under section 12 has been approved by the
Board a certificate of registration in the prescribed form expiring on the 31st December of the year in which it is issued.
(2)
The registration may, subject to this Act, be renewed annually upon payment of the prescribed fee and upon satisfying such conditions as may be determined by the Board.
