Section 35C
(1)
No action or proceeding shall be instituted or maintained in any court against the Board, Appeal Board, Disciplinary Committee or council appointed by the Board, any members of the Board,
Appeal Board, Disciplinary Committee or council, any person appointed or authorized by the Board, or any other person authorized to act for or on behalf of the Board for any act or omission done in good faith in the discharge of any of its or his functions, powers and duties under this Act or any rules made under this Act.
(2)
This section does not apply to powers conferred under subsection 4(2) or any power to enter into contracts exercised by the
Board.
