Section 45
(1)
Every person who is proved to have had in his possession or under his control anything whatever containing any arms, ammunition or imitation arms shall, until the contrary is proved, be deemed to have been in possession of the arms, ammunition or imitation arms.
(2)
Every occupier of any house or premises in which any arms, ammunition or imitation arms are found shall for the purposes of this
Act be deemed, until the contrary is proved, to have been in possession of those arms, ammunition or imitation arms.
