Meetings of the Board

Section 6
(1)
The Board shall meet at least three times a year at such times and at such places as the Chairman may appoint.
(2)
Four members, including the Chairman, shall constitute the quorum of the Board.
(3)
In the event of an equal division of votes on any matter before the Board, the Chairman shall have the casting vote.
