Section 69
(1)
The Minister may by order in the Gazette, subject to such conditions or restrictions as he may consider necessary or expedient to impose, exempt any person or class of persons from any or all of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
Any order made under this section shall be laid before both
Houses of Parliament.
