Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Audit Act 1957 [Act 62], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2005.

Seksyen 2

Amendment of First Schedule

The First Schedule to the Audit Act 1957 is amended in subparagraph 1(2) by substituting for the words "eleven thousand five hundred forty four ringgit and fifty sen" the words "twelve thousand seven hundred six ringgit and ten sen".
