Preamble
- Whereas, pursuant to the provisions of section 100 of the National Land Code, the lands scheduled below situated in sub-district of Gemas, Town of Gemas with an area of 157 square metres has, by Order, [N.S.G.N. 169/2005] been declared forfeit to the State Authority: Notice is given that such forfeiture has taken effect on the date of the publication of this Notice in the Gazette and that, in consequence of its vesting in the State Authority—
(b)
the issue documents of title to the lands are void and are impoundable by the State.
