- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 3217 yang disiarkan pada 7 Julai 1939, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(i) Enakmen Tanah (Bab. 138) telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 7 ekar 24 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 451, terletak di Kampong Bahru, Mukim Ulu Cheka, Daerah Lipis yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 14,267 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak sekolah Melayu dan padang permainan, di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 1 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 531; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizaban tersebut.

- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 3217 published on the 7 July 1939, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection 24(i) of the Land Code (Cap. 138) has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 7 acres 24 poles known as Lot No. 451 situated at Kampong Bahru, Mukim of Ulu Cheka, District of Lipis, delineated upon Survey WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG [1hb Feb. 2007 148 Plan No. 14,267 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose, of a Malay school and playground to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang; And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on the 1 July 2004 as Gazette Notification No. 531; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal; Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation. - Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 8269 yang disiarkan pada 22 November 1929, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(i) Kanun Tanah 1926 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 1 ekar 1 rood 25 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 1,974, terletak di Kampung Tengah, Mukim Perak, Daerah Temerloh, yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 4,085 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi tujuan sekolah perempuan, di bawah kawalan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 1 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 525; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizaban tersebut.
