- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 6371 yang disiarkan pada 2 Oktober 1925, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Tanah 1911 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 1 ekar, 2 rood, 28.7 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 281, terletak di Dusun Bedara, Mukim Burau, Daerah Lipis yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 8,201 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak bangunan kerajaan untuk kegunaan bangunan sekolah, di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 1 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 529; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizaban tersebut.

- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 6371 published on the 2 October 1925, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Land Enactment 1911 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 1 acre, 2 roods, 28.7 poles known as Lot No. 281 situated at Dusun Bedara, Mukim of Burau, District of Lipis, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 8,201 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be reserve for the purpose, of a Government buildings to wit a vernacular School, to be maintained by the Inspector of School, Pahang; And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on the 1 July 2004 as Gazette Notification No. 529; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal; Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation.
