Preamble

Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 4719 yang disiarkan pada 4 Julai 1930, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 24 Enakmen Tanah 1926 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 1 ekar, 2 rood, 00.1 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 404, terletak di Kampung Tebing Tinggi, Mukim Tebing Tinggi, Daerah Lipis, yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 10,343 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak bangunan Kerajaan untuk kegunaan sekolah, balai Penghulu dan taman sekolah di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang dan Penghulu Tebing Tinggi dan pengganti jawatannya; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 1 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 530; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizaban tersebut.

Whereas by the Federated Malay State Government Gazette No. 4719 published on the 4 July 1930, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 24 of the Land Code 1926 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 1 acre, 2 roods, 00.1 pole known as Lot No. 404 situated at Kampung Tebing Tinggi, Mukim of Tebing Tinggi, District of Lipis, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 10,343 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose, of a Government buildings to wit school, Penghulu’s balai and school garden, to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang and the Penghulu of Tebing Tinggi and their successors in office; And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on the 1 July 2004 as Gazette Notification No. 530; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal; Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation. Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang No. 181 yang disiarkan pada 2 Mei 1957, Menteri Besar Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(i) Kanun Tanah telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 3 ekar, 2 rood, 17 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 582, terletak di Kampung Mambang, Mukim Penyor, Daerah Pekan, yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 18,939 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak sekolah Melayu dan disenggara oleh Ketua Pegawai Pendidikan, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 15 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 574; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizaban tersebut.

Whereas by the Pahang State Government Gazette No. 181 published on the 2 May 1957, the Menteri Besar of Pahang in exercise of the powers under subsection 24(i) of the Land Code has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 3 acres, 2 roods, 17 poles known as Lot No. 582 situated at Kampung Mambang, Mukim of Penyor, District of Pekan, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 18,939 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for a public purpose, namely, as a site of a Malay school, to be maintained by the Chief Education Officer, Pahang; And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on the 15 July 2004 as Gazette Notification No. 574; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal; Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation.
