- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 8633 yang disiarkan pada 28 Disember 1923, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Tanah 1911 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 3 ekar, 29 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 615, terletak di Batu Talam, Mukim Batu Talam, Daerah Raub, yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 5,401 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak sekolah Melayu di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 15 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 581; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG [4hb Jan. 2007 10 Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizaban tersebut.

- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 8633 published on 28 December 1923, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Land Enactment 1911 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 3 acres, 29 poles known as Lot No. 615 situated at Batu Talam, Mukim of Batu Talam, District of Raub, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 5,401 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose, of a Malay school, to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang; And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on 15 July 2004 as Gazette Notification No. 581; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal; Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation.
