Preamble

Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 2201 yang disiarkan pada 3 April 1925, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Tanah 1911, telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 3 rood 10.5 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 845 terletak di Bawang, Mukim Luit, Daerah Pekan, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 6,112 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah di bawah kawalan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang. [25hb Mac 2004 252 Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara. Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah dengan ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Maran, pada 12 Mei 2004 pukul 10.00 pagi.

Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 2201 published on 3 April 1925, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Land Enactment, 1911 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 3 roods 10.5 poles known as Lot No. 845, situated at Bawang, Mukim of Luit, District of Pekan, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 6,112 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose of a School to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang. And whereas the State Authority proposes to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation pursuant to subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code. Now therefore pursuant to subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code, notice is hereby given that the State Authority proposes to revoke the reservation of the aforesaid land and an enquiry with respect thereto will be held by the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines at the office of the District of Maran Land Administrator on the 12 May 2004 at 10.00 a.m. Bertarikh 27 Februari 2004 Dated 27 February 2004 [PTM. 6/3/2725] Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Pahang No. 209.

Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Kesatuan Malaya No. 1273 yang disiarkan pada 29 Januari 1948, Pesuruhjaya Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(i) Kanun Tanah (N.M.B Bab 138) telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 2 ekar 1 rood 29 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 2,241 terletak di Tanjong Besar, Mukim Cheka, Daerah Lipis, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 17,367 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah Melayu dan taman di bawah jagaan Merinyu Kanan Sekolah, Pahang. Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara. Cap. 138) has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 2 acres 1 rood 29 poles known as Lot No. 2,241, situated at Tanjong Besar, Mukim of Cheka, District of Lipis, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 17,367 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose of a Malay School and garden, to be maintained by the Senior Inspector of Schools, Pahang. And whereas the State Authority proposes to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation pursuant to subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code. Bab 138) telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 3 ekar 1 rood 21 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 1,586 terletak di Batu 6, Jalan Utama Pahang, Mukim Penjom, Daerah Lipis, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 16,300 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah Melayu bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang. Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara. Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan Tanah Melayu No. 165 yang disiarkan pada 19 Mei 1955, Menteri Besar Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diwakilkan kepadanya oleh subseksyen 24(i) Kanun Tanah (N.M.B. Bab 138) telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 3 rood 03.3 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 1542 terletak dalam Mukim Luit, Daerah Pekan, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 18,888 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, sebagai satu rizab bagi tujuan Sekolah Melayu di bawah kawalan Ketua Pegawai Pendidikan Pahang. Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara. Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah dengan ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Maran, pada 12 Mei 2004 pukul 10.00 pagi.
