Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 8628 yang disiarkan pada 28 Disember 1923, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Tanah 1911 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 6 ekar 2 rood 18 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 267 terletak di Pamah Dusun, Mukim Pedah, Daerah Lipis, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 477 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Bangunan Kerajaan untuk kegunaan Bangunan Sekolah dan Rumah Guru di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang. Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara; Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah dengan ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Jerantut, pada 7 Julai 2004 pukul 9.00 pagi.

Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 8628 published on 28 December 1923, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Land Enactment 1911 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 6 acres 2 roods 18 poles known as Lot No. 267, situated at Pamah Dusun, Mukim of Pedah, District of Lipis, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 477 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose of a Government buildings to wit vernacular school and teachers quarters, to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang; And whereas the State Authority proposes to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation pursuant to subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code. Now therefore pursuant to subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code, notice is hereby given that the State Authority proposes to revoke the reservation of the aforesaid land and an enquiry with respect thereto will be held by the WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG 1hb Julai 2004] 673 Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines at the office of the District of Jerantut Land Administrator on the 7 July 2004 at 9.00 a.m. Bertarikh 17 Mei 2004 Dated 17 May 2004 DATO’ HAJI RADZI BIN YUSOF [PTJ. 6/PDH 173/2000] Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Pahang
