- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 3808 yang disiarkan pada 4 Ogos 1939, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 24(i) Enakmen Tanah (Bab 138) telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 7 ekar 1 rood 20 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 429 terletak di Kampung Ulu Cheka, Mukim Ulu Cheka, Daerah Lipis, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 14,072 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah Melayu di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara; Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Jerantut, pada 7 Julai 2004 pukul 9.00 pagi. Preamble
- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 3808 published on 4 August 1939, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 24(i) of the Land Enactment (Cap. 138) has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 7 acres 1 rood 20 poles known as Lot No. 429, situated at Kampung Ulu Cheka, Mukim of Ulu Cheka, District of Lipis, delineated upon Survery Plan No. 14,072 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose of a Malay School, to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang; And whereas the State Authority proposes to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation pursuant to subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code.
