- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 2679 yang disiarkan pada 4 Mei 1934, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 24(i) Enakmen Tanah 1926 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 2 ekar 1 rood 31 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 131 terletak di Batu Kalong, Mukim Kuala Tembeling, Daerah Lipis, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 12,022 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak sekolah dan balai di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang dan Penghulu Kuala Tembeling; Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara; Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah dengan ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di Pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Jerantut, pada 7 Julai 2004 pukul 9.00 pagi.

- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 2679 published on 4 May 1934, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 24(i) of the Land Enactment 1926 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 2 acres 1 rood 31 poles known as Lot No. 131 situated at Batu Kalong, Mukim of Kuala Tembeling, District of Lipis, delineated upon WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG [1hb Julai 2004 678 Survey Plan No. 12,022 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose, of a school and a balai, to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang and the Penghulu of Kuala Tembeling; And whereas the State Authority proposes to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation pursuant to subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code. Now therefore pursuant to subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code, notice is hereby given that the State Authority proposes to revoke the reservation of the aforesaid land and an enquiry with respect thereto will be held by the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines at the office of the District of Jerantut Land Administrator on the 7 July 2004 at 9.00 a.m. Bertarikh 18 Mei 2004 Dated 18 May 2004 DATO’ HAJI RADZI BIN YUSOF [PTJ. 6/K.T./276/2000] Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Pahang No. 535.

- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang No. 212 yang disiarkan pada 28 Mei 1959, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh subseksyen 24(1) Kanun Tanah (Bab 138) telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 4 ekar 1 rood 39.6 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 1 Seksyen 4 terletak di Kampung Ringlet, Daerah Cameron Highlands, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 19,957 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah Cina dan dikawal oleh Ketua Pegawai Pendidikan, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara; Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah dengan ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Cameron Highlands, pada 10 Julai 2004 pukul 9.00 pagi.
