- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang No. 288 yang disiarkan pada 6 Julai 1961, Menteri Besar Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 24(i) Enakmen Tanah melalui Perwakilan Kuasa di bawah Ordinan Perwakilan Kuasa 1952 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 7 ekar, 21 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 1,000, terletak di Mukim Dong, Daerah Raub, yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 16,112 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak sekolah kebangsaan di bawah jagaan Ketua Pegawai Pelajaran, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 15 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 579; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizaban tersebut.

- Whereas by the Pahang State Government Gazette No. 288 published on the 6 July 1961, the Menteri Besar of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection 24(i) of the Land Code by virtue of the Delegation of Power Ordinance 1952 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 7 acres, 21 poles known as Lot No. 1,000 situated at Mukim of Dong, District of Raub, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 16,112 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose, namely as a site for sekolah kebangsaan, to be maintained by the Chief Education Officer, Pahang; And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on the 15 July 2004 as Gazette Notification No. 579; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal; Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation. - Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 6201 yang disiarkan pada 7 Disember 1939, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(i) Kanun Tanah (Bab 138) telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 2 ekar, 11 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 1,230 terletak di Cheroh, Mukim Semantan Ulu, Daerah Raub, yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 14,738 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah Cina di bawah jagaan Jawatankuasa Sekolah Cina Khai Meng, Cheroh; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 15 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 582; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizaban tersebut.
