- Bahawasanya, melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang No. 36 yang disiarkan pada 29 Januari 1953, Menteri Besar Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(i) Enakmen Tanah telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 4 ekar, 3 rood, 32 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 899, terletak di Mukim Penyor, Daerah Pekan, yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 16,604 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah Melayu di bawah jagaan Merinyu Kanan Sekolah, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 15 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 586; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizaban tersebut.

- Whereas by the Pahang States Government Gazette No. 36 published on the 29 January 1953, the Menteri Besar of Pahang in exercise of the powers under subsection 24(i) of the Land Enactment has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 4 acres, 3 roods, 32 poles known as Lot No. 899 situated at Mukim of Penyor, District of Pekan, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 16,604 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose of a Malay School, to be maintained by the Senior Inspector of Schools, Pahang; And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on the 15 July 2004 as Gazette Notification No. 586; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal; Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation.
