Section 21

Except as provided by this Act no suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.

(2)

In making any regulations under subsection (1) the Minister may add to, vary or revoke all or any of the forms set out in the Schedule.
