s 10Directions by the Minister

(1)

The Minister may from time to time give general directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act to the Board regarding the policy to be pursued by the Bank and any such direction shall become binding on

the Board, which shall forthwith take all steps necessary or expedient to give effect thereto.

(2)

The Bank shall furnish the Minister with such information with respect to its financial position and activities as the Minister may from time to time require.
