s 41Transfer of land and property

(1)

All land which immediately before the appointed date were vested in, or reserved under any written law relating to land for the purposes of the Post Office Savings Bank, and all land acquired with moneys of the

Post Office Savings Bank, shall on that day vest in or be deemed to be reserved for the purposes of the Bank, as the case may be.

(2)

All property and assets other than land that immediately before the appointed date were vested in or in any person on behalf of the Post Office

Savings Bank shall on that date vest in the Bank.
