Section 97
(1)
Where, by this Act, the time limited for doing any act or thing is less than three days, in reckoning time, non-business days are excluded.

(2)
“Non-business days” for the purpose of this Act mean—
(a)
Sundays;
(b)
bank or public holidays;
(c)
Saturdays, in the case of bills drawn payable in a foreign currency.
(3)
Any other day is a business day.
