Subject to the discretion of the Board, the public may have access to such information relating to any application for approval, approval granted or notification, which has not been granted confidentiality under subsection 59(2) in such manner as the Board thinks fit.
Any decision made under Part III and Part IV shall be made available to the public in such manner as the Board thinks fit.
