Section 17

Proceedings for an offence against this Ordinance or regulations made thereunder shall be conducted by the State Attorney-General or any officer or person duly authorized in writing in that behalf by the State Attorney-General; and any writing purportedly to be signed by the State Attorney-General shall, until the contrary is proved, be evidence thereof.
