Section 16
(1)
The Corporation shall at least once in every Chinese lunar year not later than the last day of the sixth lunar month according to the old Chinese calendar hold an annual meeting of its members.
(2)
The business to be transacted at each annual meeting shall be the consideration of the annual statement of accounts, the consideration of any question raised as to the management of the affairs of the Corporation and when necessary the election of members of the Standing Committee, Advisory Committee and the
Chairman of the Corporation.
